The Early Intervention Technical Assistance system (EITA) provides state wide trainings and technical assistance on behalf of the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), and the Pennsylvania Departments of Human Services and Education.

EITA is administered by the Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11 , a regional educational service agency meeting the needs of the public and nonpublic schools, personnel and students in Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata and Mifflin Counties in Pennsylvania. As a service agency, the Intermediate Unit has no direct line authority over local schools.
